Dr. Gitika Nagrath
Gitika Nagrath is faculty in Human Resource Management in the department of Commerce and Business Management, DAV University. She holds 15 years of teaching experience at under graduate and post graduate level. She has published several research papers in national and international repute journals (Scopus indexed, Sage, Springer and Emerald), contributed book chapter, presented papers at national and international level conferences/seminars and attended various workshops at prime institutions like IIT’s and state universities. She is also a reviewer of Sage journals. She has organised workshops on soft skills in association with IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode and on professional selling skills. Her research acumen is in the area of work-life balance, higher education, personality-job fit, participatory management and various paradigms of HRM. She is a member of National Human Resource Development network.
