The students of DAV University have brought laurels to the university by exhibiting the best of judo skills at Khelo India Women’s Judo National League & Ranking Tournament- North Zone organized by Judo Association of Uttrakhand. A total of 786 participants participated in this event in which the students of DAV University proved their mettle. Sanyogita Singh and Priya won Bronze medal in weight category. It is a matter of pride that these students also got selected for National Khelo India Women’s League Championship-North Zone to be held at Delhi from 19th -24th Oct,2022. On this occasion Vice Chancellor, Dr. Jasbir Rishi congratulated the winners and motivated them to work hard for the upcoming tournament. She also congratulated Dr. Yeshbeer Singh, Tournament Director and Coordinator, Department of Physical Education for his efforts.
