The Department of Psychology at DAV University, Jalandhar organized a two-day workshop on "Neuro and Biofeedback Therapy" on November 16 and 17, 2020. Dr Tarlochan Singh, Director of Psychowaves, Ludhiana, served as the resource person, with technical support provided by Medicaid, Chandigarh.

Over 30 participants, including Psychology professionals, research scholars, and students and teachers from different institutions including NIT Kurukshetra, DAV College of Physiotherapy, HMV and Tagore Hospital, Jalandhar attended the workshop.
On the first day, participants gained familiarity with the concept, aims, and theoretical underpinnings of neurofeedback therapy. The workshop also delved into the common areas and disorders where neurobiofeedback therapy is applied. The second day featured hands-on training, with participants eagerly becoming subjects and applying the therapy techniques to themselves. Detailed information was provided on the application of neurobiofeedback therapy to conditions such as anxiety, depression, epilepsy, and other disorders.
