Sarthik Mahajan and Mansi Mandla emerged victorious in the Inter-Department Debate Competition organized by DAV University. The event, convened under the auspices of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication in collaboration with True Scoop, witnessed fervent discussions on the topic of "Youth Participation in Politics." Sarthik and Mansi, pursuing BBA from BSc in Economics respectively at the university.

A close second was clinched by Amandeep Kaur, an MA student, and Ankita Sharma, pursuing B Com, who demonstrated commendable articulation and depth of understanding on the debated topic.
Aishwarya from MBA and Gurkaran Singh Rehal from BSc Economics as the best debaters. Their compelling arguments for and against "Youth Participation in Politics" showcased a nuanced understanding of the issues.

The competition, held under the Youth Ambassador Programme, saw the participation of 15 teams from various departments of the University. It aimed at engaging in societal issues, particularly in politics.
